Our mission is to ensure that legal matters involving claims up to ₦5,000,000 are resolved efficiently, without unnecessary delays or high legal costs.
Our Focus and Our Appeal
In our Small Claims Courts in Delta State, we are driven by one desire, to see that no citizen who seeks justice is turned down because he/she is either too poor, unlearned or unconnected. Anyone who feels aggrieved is at liberty to visit any of our courts where our highly skilled personnel will ensure that justice is not only done but is seen to be manifestly done.
